Question How do I make purchase?
AnswerShopping at La Perle Bleue is very simple. All you have to do is:

  • Expand the menu bar on the top left.
  • Click on shop.
  • Look for an item you are interested in purchasing.
  • Choose your size and add to cart on the product page.
  • Review the items in your cart by clicking on the shopping bag located in the top right corner of the page.
  • Click on ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’ to complete your order.

Question Do I need to create an account to place an order?
AnswerYou can shop at La Perle Bleue as a guest. However, by signing up with us, you’ll be able to enjoy the following benefits:

  • Track your orders and review past purchases.
  • Save items to your wishlist.
  • Save your address & billing information so you can shop even faster next time.

Question Is my personal information kept private?
AnswerPlease be assured that we take data protection seriously, and your information will only be shared with third parties where they abide by applicable data protection legislations. For more information, please read our Privacy Policy.
Question What payment methods do you accept & is it safe to use my credit card online?
AnswerWe accept all major debit & credit cards. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Stripe . To ensure that you don’t experience any delays to your order, please make sure all your details are entered correctly.

COD (Cash on Delivery) is also offered without an additional fee to our UAE customers.

Question Can I choose my currency I pay in?
AnswerThe currency you will be paying in is linked to your billing address, our customers residing in the United Arab Emirates will be billed in AED, customers in the European Union in EUR and customers residing in the US or other territories in USD.
Question If an item I want to buy is sold out will you be restocking it?
AnswerWe never restock items. Once an item is marked as sold out, it will never be released again.
Question What is the return notice period?
AnswerReturns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the date of receipt. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. For more information check our return policy.
Question How can I track my order?
AnswerOnce your order has been dispatched (usually 2-5 business days depending on the destination country), you will be sent a tracking number. If you have any concerns you can always contact the customer service team.
Question Can I change or edit my order once it has been placed?
Answer

Orders can only be cancelled or changed before they have been shipped. We’re always working quickly to pick and pack all orders and during peak seasons and holidays we may have an increased amount of requests. While we will do our best to change your order in time, we can’t guarantee that the changes can be made before the order has been shipped.

Question Will I have to pay custom duties?
Answer

VAT (Value Added Tax), customs, and/or duty fees may be levied by your destination country. These charges for taxes or customs clearance are borne by the recipient. We at La Perle Bleue can unfortunately not estimate what the charges may be or whether customs fees apply for your shipment, as the taxation policies vary from country to country.
Customs clearance can also cause delays in delivery if longer assessments are required. La Perle Bleue is not responsible for any packages held by Customs authorities and we cannot affect their policies or regulations. We recommend that you consult your local  customs authority on their procedures and policies.
